The video ad guarantee

Love the first cut or full refund. This covers every video ad: single ads, ads in a monthly plan and ads in a deal. If the first delivered cut of an ad isn't something you'd want to run, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund that ad: £145 for a single ad, £130 or £115 for an ad in a three- or six-ad plan, £100 for the ad in Ad + website, and £85 per ad in the Shop starter kit. No forms, no argument. We keep the rights to the unused work. Every video ad includes two revision rounds, and you can use them instead of a refund.

Launch pack (£1,250)

You approve the concept before you pay the balance, and you get two revision rounds on the main ad. The deposit becomes non-refundable once production begins.

Three video ads a month (£390) and six video ads a month (£690)

No lock-in: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. If you don't run any of the ads we deliver in your first month, tell us why and we refund that month.

Websites and product images

We agree the pages or images with you before we start and make the agreed changes before delivery. The refund promise above covers video ads.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
